This sauce got a 3rd place in the Fruit category of the 2003 Fiery Foods Challenge in Fort Worth Texas. It’s made with Certified Organic peaches from Forbes Farm in Oliver, BC. The peach flavour is right up front followed by a pleasant heat from the habanero peppers. Peaches and Scream is an excellent choice for chicken and pork dishes. Just paint it on.
