I've actually been making this for quite a few years. Ghost chilies are my favourite tasting pepper. They don't seem as violent as habaneros even though they are substantially hotter. Kind of a smooth ride. As is my minimalist style I used very few ingredients so you get the full flavour of the Jolokia pepper. The Ghost Chili peppers in this sauce wer field grown in Costa Rica.
Ingredients: vinegar, hot peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, salt.
