This is a Chipotle style sauce. It came in 3rd Place in the Specialty Chile category of the 2004 Scovie Awards held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This sauce is made with applewood smoked red jalapeno peppers. It goes real good with beef. Try it as a steak sauce or mix it in some hamburger for a real smoky tasting burger. Mix it with some mayo, cream cheese or sour cream for an instant dip.
Ingredients: vinegar, onions, hot peppers, garlic, sea salt.
